To keep our readers up-to-date with the latest news on legal and commercial developments in Vietnam, Allens publishes the Vietnam Legal Update on a monthly basis.

In September 2010 Allens published a Legal Guide to Investment in Viet Nam. This publication provides an overview of Vietnamese laws affecting investment, including coverage of topics such as enterprises, land, securities and contract.
